Step One: Arrange stamps on a stamp block, apply solvent ink, and carefully press the stamps onto the overlay. Let the image dry.
Step Two: Color the stamped image with alcohol inks.
Step Three: Cover one tag with patterned paper. Measure and cut a window for the stamped overlay into both tags. Center the overlay between the windows of the tags and glue the tags together.
Step Four: Using an edge distressor, lightly distress the edges of the tag and apply Distress ink to the edges of the tag.
Step Five: Add festive embellishments to finish the tag.
