Each month Scrapbook News and Review Magazine has a color call where at least 80% of the layout must use the designated color.  The color for February was red and this is what I came up with.  The cutie pie in the photo is one of my nephews.  If you've been itching to create a layout using your favorite color, be sure to check SNR's calls for the color of the month and submit your work for a real chance at being published!
