All Grins - Stuck?! Sketches

Happy New Year! It's reveal day at Stuck?! Sketches and we're starting off the year right with another fantastic sketch. I used the October Afternoon Under the Tree collection for this page. Although this line is a Christmas collection, I think it works fabulously for those everyday photos. The wood grain, plaid, and hounds tooth patterned papers caught my eye and I'm looking forward to using this collection all year long!

This cutie is my Nephew. He isn't much for big smiles, so if you can capture a grin it's a big win! I splattered the background with white ink and then added some glitter flourish stickers that I have had in my stash forever. I then built up layers of patterned papers, die-cuts, and stickers for a photo mat.

I always reach for the burlap embellishments when I'm designing masculine pages, so I added two burlap stars for texture.
