Mixed Media Beach Layout with Stamped Vellum Leaves
The ink, stamps, and Art Screens used for this layout were provided by Clearsnap.
I picked up a beautiful package of store-brand flowers this week and they inspired me to create this breezy beach layout in the same color palette. I had a lot of fun adding color to the background of my page by using Clearsnap ColorBox Pigment Ink, with a brush, by stamping, and through Art Screens.

Beach Themed Flower Clusters with Vellum Leaves Flowers and Shells

I used a mix of ColorBox Cat's Eye Pigment Ink and ColorBox Pigment Ink by Teresa Collins. I've used the Teresa Collins ink line for a lot of projects over the past couple of months and I love the glam palette so much that I'm giving away a full set of Teresa Collins ink pads today - 8 in all!

How to Color Vellum with Pigment Ink

How to Build a Beach Themed Flower Embellishment with Stamped Vellum Leaves and Shells

I stamped my own leaves for this page with a sheet of vellum, pigment ink and a stamp set. I first stamped the leaves onto the vellum, applied ColorBox Clear Embossing Powder, and then heat set. Next, I used Art Daubers with Emerald, Turtle, and Glam Green Pigment Ink to color in the leaves. After heat setting the ink, I cut them out to tuck behind the flowers.

Embossed Blue Text Butterfly Stamp

I stamped and embossed several butterflies onto the page using the super fun Teresa Collins Butterfly Words Wood Mount Stamp, ColorBox Cat's Eye Spa Pigment Ink, and ColorBox Clear Embossing Powder.

Rubon Dolly Parton Quote on Scrapbook Layout

I finished this layout with a simple rub-on title.
