Christmas Greetings - Pion Design

Hi! I'm sharing a layout that I created with the NEW collection from Pion Design, Greetings from the North Pole. This collection invites you to a winter wonderland where you can immerse yourself in the beautiful scenery and surroundings of the home of Santa. You can almost see the sparkle of the Northern Lights and hear the bells of Santa's reindeer as Greetings from the North Pole captures the peace and serenity of the season. All the splendid patterns and images of Christmas bells, snowflakes and magical landscapes will make crafting memorable gifts and home decor a treat! Greetings from the North Pole consists of 12 double-sided papers in the size of 12×12 inches, as well as 5 single-sided papers in the size of 12×12 inches; 4 featuring designs in 6×6 inches, and one image sheet.

With the temperatures in the high nineties, I’m so looking forward to the cooler months; the first snowfall and the excitement of the holiday season especially. The color palette of rich blues, browns, and creams in this new collection really has a chilly feel, which is perfect for capturing fun times in the snow.

I added some soft snowflakes with chalk ink to the background of this layout. I embellished the beautiful details on the patterned papers with glitter glue, dye ink, liquid pearls, and white acrylic paint for a frosty finish. I have room for some journaling on the left-hand side of the page. I took this photo of my girls after a major snowstorm this past Winter. We were snowed in for over a week! I know they are looking forward to more snow days next year.
