Hi! I created this multi-layered tag for FabScraps using their wonderfully whimsical new collection, Woodland Friends. This line is high on the cuteness scale! I had a lot of fun playing with this bright pastel color palette. I incorporated a lot of fun textured flowers, some hand stitching, and a touch of bling, to create this tag.
