I've used patterned papers from both the Easter Greetings and Scent of Lavender collections for this page. There are several lovely shades of green in both lines and, as you can see, they blend beautifully!
I applied Distress ink and a whipped spackle brocade pattern to the background of the page before adding layers of patterned papers, ribbon, and chipboard. I stamped and cut some paper leaves to pair with the chipboard variety. I colored half of the chipboard on this layout with Distress ink and stain, and then a top coat of glaze for a bit of shine. The other half of the chipboard I left untreated.
I added a glossy title, a rub-on sentiment, and a pair of butterflies to finish the layout.
Thanks for stopping by today! I hope I have inspired you to cook up something delicious either in your art studio or your kitchen!
