The Snuggle Is Real Puppy Scrapbook Layout - Creative Embellishments

Hi! I'm sharing a scrapbook layout that features the newest addition to my family that I created for Creative Embellishments today. We've had our sweet basset hound puppy Peach for about a month now and the snuggle is definitely real! It has been about 15 years since I had to take care of a puppy. I'm surviving on massive amounts of caffeine, my house in a mess, and I'm in desperate need of a good night sleep. All that being said, just one look at her sweet face and all is right in my world. Some of the latest products in the Creative Embellishments Store are puppy-themed and I had a great time putting this page together using some of those designs.

The large pink polka dots on my base paper were fun spaces to add some stenciling. I used the Muddy Paws Stencil with red chalk ink to add paw prints to the pale circles. I embossed The Snuggle Is Real Chipboard Title with white embossing powder to help the words stand out from the busy background. I applied teal chalk ink to the wood veneer paw print from the Dog Gone Cute Set to add a pop of color to the title.

I used the Bones Frame to circle my photo. I colored it with purple chalk ink for a soft finish. Lastly, I used a piece of Puppy Love Flair to fill in a flower center.
