Hi! I'm sharing a trio of heart piñatas that I created for Scrapbook Adhesives by 3L today. I used the NEW Metallic Foil Transfer Sheets to apply jewel tone and holographic foil to 3D Foam Hearts. I love the extra sparkle and shine these foils add to my project.
How to Assemble Heart Piñatas for Valentine's Day
To begin, fill a heart piñata with your favorite candy.
Next, secure a length of ribbon, that will help break open the box, to the bottom of the heart. Then, apply Adhesive Dots and Adhesive Lines to the box flaps and tabs and press to seal.
Decorate the outside of the piñatas with fringed paper in a variety of festive colors and finishes. I incorporated gold and silver fringe into my designs to complement the metallic foil that I add in the next step. Use Extreme Double-Sided Tape to firmly hold the paper to the box.

I used the Gold Holographic Foil from the Metallic Transfer Foil Sheets Holographic Colors on the red and pink piñatas. I used Magenta and Purple Metallic Foil from the Metallic Transfer Foil Sheets Variety Colors on the purple piñata. The jewel tones in this package are gorgeous! These new foil transfer sheets measure 6x12 inches, which makes them more than twice as large as previous offerings.
