Hi! I'm sharing a super fun wiper card tutorial on the Scrapbook Adhesives by 3L blog today. This colorful and interactive Gnome Wiper Card has a surprise inside! Pull the sides of the card to pop up a gnome. I used the delightful Tulla and Norbert collection and Wiper Card Kit from Photo Play Paper.
