Fall Leaves Artist Trading Card - More Than Words Challenges

Alcohol Ink Background on a Fall Themed Artist Trading Card
Hi! I'm sharing the artist trading card I created for the More Than Words November 2020 Mini Challenge today. The mini challenge this month is to use the mini word FALL on a card, postcard, artist trading card, or tag. I created the background for this card last month during Inktober. I was super inspired by Birgit Koopsen's #GellInktober Series and used the same techniques she did to apply alcohol ink to my Gelli Plate and then lift the color from the plate with white acrylic paint.

How to Emboss Chipboard with Ranger Iced Enamels

I cut my inked tag down to ATC size and then topped it with an embossed chipboard leaf from the Creative Embellishments Autumn Leaves Set. I added a puffy gold leaf sticker and a puffy blue heart sticker to create a nice trio of embellishments across the top of the card.

Oscar Wilde Fall Quote on a Mixed Media Fall Leaf Artist Trading Card

I added an Oscar Wilde quote to the bottom of the card. So far I've enjoyed a warm Fall season. The gorgeous colors of the changing leaves are on full display, but it still feels like Summer. I could use a crisp morning, and I know they're coming soon.
