Hi! I'm sharing another travel layout that features a panoramic view of a breathtaking photo from a friend's Summer road trip through the Southwest United States for Clique International. She visited several National Parks and the photos she shared along the way are absolutely stunning. This kit also contains 2 12x12 double-sided patterned papers from the 49 and Market Vintage Artistry Wedgewood collection, which are the perfect shades of blue to complement the browns and pinks in this kit.
I absolutely love the southwest inspired print on the patterned paper I selected for the base of this layout. I decided to use the pattern as a guide for embellishments. I first cut small squares of brown check paper in half to create a triangle border along the top and bottom edges of the photo. Then I added flowers and glass beads on top of elements on the patterned paper for an evenly space second layer of interest.
I used wood veneer stickers from the kit to embellish the photo.
The gold foiled die-cuts and colorful butterflies were the perfect way to add a touch of sparkle and a pop of contrasting color to the page.
