Hi! I'm sharing a floral scrapbook layout that features one of my favorite photos of my niece taken this past summer for Creative Embellishments today. I've been holding on to this Simple Stories Vintage Indigo Garden Delightful patterned paper for some time now. The darker color palette of this collection feels more like fall to me, so I was happy to finally use this print.
I used paint markers and Distress Oxide Ink to color the frame, and then I embellished further with flowers and Rose Leaves.
I chose the Today Only Happens Once chipboard title for this layout. The word only is not attached, so I moved that word to the other side of the piece to create a title that takes up more space to better fill in the top corner of this page. I've taken some creative license! I colored this chipboard with a brown paint marker and then used some gold wax to add a little shimmer to the letters.
