Fully Booked Scrapbook Layout - Color Rush Studio

 

Hi! I'm sharing a book-themed scrapbook layout for Color Rush Studio today. I used the new December Hello Gorgeous Main Color Kit, which features the Simple Stories Simple Vintage Love Story line and all the textured embellishments that are included in the kits every month. If I'm not crafting or in the kitchen baking, you can usually find me reading a book. My to-be-read pile is constantly growing and shrinking. My library holds either trickle in or come all at once. It's a race against the clock to read these titles and get them returned, before time is up.

The Corduroy Hearts are some of my favorite embellishments from Color Rush Studio, for both their texture and dimension.

I dressed up the bottom of the photo with fussy cuts, pom pom trim from the Basic Frazel and Ribbon Set, and a Color Rush Studio Cork Heart Sticker, which I left raw for contrast. However, the small cork embellishments do take color very well.
