Bloom Easter Scrapbook Layout - Color Rush Studio

 

Hi! I'm sharing an Easter themed scrapbook layout for Color Rush Studio today. I used the March Bee Kind Color Club Main Kit, which features the beautiful Simple Stories Simple Vintage Spring Garden collection. I had a lot of fun piecing this patchwork background together from scraps of patterned paper from the kit. The mix of prints made a fun mat for the photo of my kids, which I took about 7 years ago, which was the last time I could convince them to dress up for Easter.

I created a grass border from patterned paper along the top of the page and then embellished it with the super cute bunnies, carrots, and ladybugs from the kit. I love the texture and dimension these embellishments add to my layout!

I created a simple title spot under the photo using chipboard stickers and a butterfly that I cut from patterned paper.
