Positive Vibes Rainbow Care Bear Scrapbook Layout - Brutus Monroe

 

Hi! I created this colorful layout for the Brutus Monroe June Create Your Own Ending Challenge. The challenge this month is RAINBOW. Check out all the details for the challenge below and share your entry with us in the Brutus Monroe Facebook Fan Club.

I had so much fun creating this rainbow Cheer Bear themed scrapbook layout using a colorful mix of patterned paper and some of my favorite stencils and stamps. I try to radiate positive vibes and find that it is much easier to do that after a big cup of coffee!

I used the Positive Vibes sentiment on my coffee cup for the title of this page and then stamped a subtitle using the Marquee Sentiments 4x6 Stamp Set and Sentiment Strips, which are thin white cardstock strips ready for stamping.

The selection of PipSticks Stickers in the Brutus Monroe Store is fantastic! I chose this large Cheer Bear Big Puffy Sticker Set to match my mug. I cut a daisy from the Colorful Spring 6x6 Paper Pad and placed it over the Care Bear's ear. I created the sunburst background using the Heart Rays Mixed Media Stencil and yellow dye ink.

I used the Chasing Rainbows Mixed Media Stencil with a pack of colored cardstock to create my own rainbows for the top and bottom of the page. I traced and cut the color arches by hand, so they're not perfect, but that's OK! I added the small pink hearts to the background of the layout using the Happiness Mixed Media Stencil and pink dye ink.

I decorated the sides of this layout with patterned paper from the Funky Rainbows 6x6 Paper Pad and Care Bears Blooms and Bears Washi Tape.
