Hi! I created this shaker card using my favorite stencils from the Honeybee release for Brutus Monroe.
I started this card by spreading Whipped Honey over the Honeycomb Stencil. I have to say that I love how smoothly the Whipped Honey spreads, especially for the thickness of the formula. The color is amazing and just look at how crisp the honeycomb design is! This just might be my new favorite product from Brutus Monroe. I've asked for an entire rainbow of shades, so we'll see if that happens. Next, I hand stitched the letters from the Luv U Stencil onto my card front, which is cardstock and acetate. I adhered those layers together with 3D Foam so that I could fill the center with sequins to create a shaker feature. Super fun!
I finished this card with a pair of stamped bees from the Love Bug Stamp Set and a die-cut sentiment. I'm slowly learning how to color stamped images. It's a process, but each card gets better and better.
