Hi! I'm documenting my turnip harvest on this mixed media scrapbook layout that I created for Brutus Monroe. This is the first year that we tried growing turnips and they did great. We're not sure if we like turnips. If you prepare them in a delicious way, please drop your recipe in the comment section of this post!
I used the Swatch and Go Stencil with the new shades of Aqua Pigment to create a colorful circle print background for my layout. I really like the simple circle design, and that the stencil was large enough to fill an 8.5x11 sheet of cardstock without cleaning and repositioning.
I used the Radishing Stamp Set, which I colored to look like turnips, for embellishments and a sentiment.
Glitter Glaze, embossing powder, and crystals add a subtle shimmer to the page.
