Hi! I used the Koality Time and Love Goose stamp sets along with the Snowglobe Cutting Dies to create scenes for the focal points of love themed cards for Brutus Monroe. Stenciled backgrounds and shimmery mediums add a touch of sparkle to these adorable cards.
How cute is this goose?! I added shimmer to this card in two easy ways. I colored the goose with Pearl Aqua Pigment. I used the same brush to color the balloon with Red Aqua Pigment, so the shimmer transferred without any extra work from me! Add a drop of Pearl Aqua Pigment to any shade of Aqua Pigment to add a touch of sparkle to your projects.
The second way I added sparkle to this card is with the Cluster of Hearts Sparkle Overlay, which is the Stamp Club Plus Exclusive product this month. I cut a small square of the Sparkle Overlay and pressed it onto the heart-shaped balloon, then trimmed away the excess overlay sheet with scissors. The balloon really catches the light is a fantastic way. Sparkle Overlay Sheets are a fun way to add holographic top layers to projects without heat.
This card is a simple variation on the previous design. The Snowglobe Die Set has so many wonderful pieces that are good for creating scenes all year long. I added a touch of sparkle to the koala bears, the pink heart, and the clouds using Fallen Snow Glitter Glaze. If geese and koala bears aren't your thing, the Perfect Match Stamp Set contains pairs of penguins, giraffes, sharks, octopi, and snails. The older Love Bug Stamp Set contains super cute pairs of wasps, bees, butterflies, ladybugs, and grasshoppers. You can adapt this card design over a dozen times with these additional stamp sets!
