Craft-Dee BowZ December Blog Hop!

Hi! I'm guest designing for Craft-Dee BowZ this month and am participating in their December Blog Hop! The elves (Craft-Dee BowZ Designers) have been hard at work creating projects to inspire you. Take some time to hop along with us and comment on each designers blog (only 5!) for your chance to win a Craft-Dee BowZ Tool!

I created this card with the package of goodies Donna sent me to play with. I colored a FabScraps Chipboard Christmas Tree with Distress Paint, Stain and Stickles and then backed the chipboard with a piece of vellum for a soft finish. I mounted the chipboard piece onto a festive card base made from embossed cardstock and patterned paper. I embellished the tree with a chipboard sentiment, a red poinsettia, a piece of leaf trim and a double loop bow that I tied with my Craft-Dee BowZ Tool.

In addition to my card, I want to share a before and after photo of a gift I received in the mail. I'm sure many of you have received gift wrapped packages from major online retailers. This gift was for my daughters 8th birthday. I knew that the gift inside this bag was the one thing she wanted the most and I wanted the outside of the bag to look a little less sad for her birthday celebration.

This is where my Craft-Dee BowZ Tool saved me! I want to stress that I would not have been able to tie the gorgeous bow on the right-hand side of this photo without my Craft-Dee BowZ Tool. After ironing the ribbon (Yes, I actually used my iron!), I used my Craft-Dee BowZ Tool to tie a big quadruple-loop bow.

I plan to have my Craft-Dee BowZ Tool next to me while I wrap all of my holiday gifts this year. If you're looking for the perfect gift or stocking stuffer for your crafty friend, I hope you consider a Craft-Dee BowZ Tool!

Here's the hop order:

Thanks so much for stopping by today! The winner will be announced on the Craft-Dee BowZ blog on December 6th. The winner will have one week to claim their prize.
