I created a fun card with some of my favorite Clearsnap and Tombow products. Think outside the box-shaped ink pad and use Donna Salazar circular Mix'd Media Inx pads to create a beautiful bokeh background. Add Donna Salazar Fairy Dust Glitter to Tombow Adhesive Dots to add a pop of glittery color to your project!
I love that the Donna Salazar Mix'd Media Inx pads are circular in shape! I've been on a bokeh kick lately and these ink pads are fantastic for creating bokeh backgrounds! I selected Mix'd Media Inx in Denim, Chiffon, Pewter and Patina along with a piece of white cardstock.
I started with the lightest color of Mix'd Media Inx and gently pressed and swirled the ink pad directly onto the cardstock in a random fashion. I repeated this process for the other colors of ink until the cardstock was completely covered.
I used Tombow Xtreme Permanent Adhesive to mount my bokeh pattern on to a piece of cardstock and then on to a patterned paper card base.
I applied Tombow Adhesive Dots randomly over my bokeh design. The adhesive is colored so it is easy to see, but in this case, the color worked great for my design! I covered each adhesive dot with Donna Salazar Fairy Dust Glitter. This fine glitter formula allowed the colored adhesive to shine through!
I finished this card by adding a paper die-cut, chipboard sentiment and fabric flower, which I secured with Tombow Multi Mono Liquid Glue. This glue works amazing on almost all surfaces!
