Hi! I'm documenting a fun memory at the county fair on this layout I created for Brutus Monroe using the August Big Top Circus Release. I'm not a major thrill seeker when it comes to amusement park rides. I never miss a turn around the Ferris Wheel, which is exactly my speed. I absolutely love the bird's-eye view from the top, and I snapped this photo which captures most of the carnival.
The August Circus Thrills Cutting Die of the Month features this ferris wheel, which I had a blast putting together. I used Penny Shimmer Splash to paint the gondolas. I love the metallic finish!
I used two pieces of 6x6 patterned paper from the Circus Life Paper Pad and one sheet of 8.5x11 cardstock to piece together the background of this layout. I used a stamped die-cut ticket strip to cover the seam were two pieces of paper meet along the left side of the page.
I finished the page with a simple stamped title. The Marquee Sentiments Stamp Set, with the individual letter stamps, has become one of my go-to stamp sets for titles and journaling.
