January Gecko Galz Projects

Hi! I'm sharing the January projects I created for Gecko Galz today. I've started making some Valentine's Day crafts. The Gecko Galz Pretty Portraits Digital Collage Sheet is perfect for crafts in the romantic style. I layered a metal heart tin that I painted red on top of a heart die-cut. I then added flowers, trim, glitter, roses, and a Gecko Galz image. I finished this piece with a chipboard sentiment and ribbon loop so it can hang. I think this project would look great around the neck of a bottle of wine or bottle of perfume.

I created this tag using the a floral stamp from the Spring Gems Digital Stamp Set. I colored the flowers with watercolor pencils then cut the image down to fit a small tag. I used a white gel pen on a chalkboard sticker to write the sentiment "Think Spring."

I created this layout using some paper scraps and embellishments that were left on top of my table. The gorgeous black and gold patterned paper under the image is from the Gecko Galz High Society Digital Paper Pack. I used an image from the Snow Queen Digital Collage Sheet for the focal point of this layout.
I created this Cleopatra Notebook for the Gecko Galz January "All That Glitters" Customer Challenge. We'd love to have you join our challenge this month! There is only one rule, and that is you need to use at least ONE product from Gecko Galz. It can be one of the free products, stamps, collage images, or digital papers. The winner will receive a $25 Gecko Galz Shopping Spree! You can read more about my notebook HERE. You can find more information about the challenge and see the inspirational pieces my fellow Gecko Galz created HERE.

I created this key chain with a free stamp that I found on Donna's Blog. Each month, every Gecko Gal shares are FREE digital stamp, so be sure to visit our personal blogs! All you need to create a similar key chain is a clear fragment, a digital stamp and some glaze. Once I printed my stamp, I simply added a small drop of glaze over the image and pressed the clear fragment down on top to seal the paper to the back of the fragment. Once the glaze was dry, I trimmed the excess paper from the fragment.

Here is the free digital stamp I have for you this month. I hope you use it to create something fantastic!

Thanks for stopping by today!
